What is Jazzercise? Jazzercise is a 60-minute class incorporating cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We've taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, fitness levels, and sizes welcome.
Will I fit in? In our classes you will find women of all shapes and sizes, all fitness levels, and all ages. Everyone works out at their own level, and I promise you will be surprised at how quickly you build strength and stamina, and become one of the "pro's" in class! Our classes are friendly and welcoming, and we'd love to have you join us!
