Want to lose inches? Firm and tone? Perfect your form so that you get the most out of every workout?

These goals are attainable with the "personal touch" approach to personal training.

Michelle offers 4-week sessions of small-group personal training (limited to 5 students at a time). Choose a 30-minute or 60-minute format and meet twice per week. We will use a combination of weights, resistance tubes, balls, body bars, and a variety of mat work to strengthen, tone, and improve balance & form.

Previous participants have lost 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" off their waists, and decreased their body fat percentage. Best of all, they have all improved their form when doing strength training moves, which means they get more out of their regular Jazzercise workouts every week and will continue to meet their goals.

Cost?

Small Groups of 2+
4 Weeks/2x per week/60 Minutes: $199 per participant
4 Weeks/2x per week/30 Minutes: $120 per participant

Individual Sessions 
$35/hour or $25/half-hour (min. 8 sessions)
